We had a two night stay here and it was lovely. Very clean. Seamless communication with the host by WhatsApp. They provided extra tourist information to help us find restaurants and travel transfer. Location is excellent and the place was quiet. Would highly recommend.

The staff was amazing! They were extremely helpful, and very welcoming. Apartment was always clean and towels and blankets replaced at a moment's notice. Corte Nova made our stay in Venice feel like home. Seumi especially was a sweetheart and communicated wonderfully, and the whole staff were a dream. I'd love to book a stay here again.

Property was in a good location and had plenty of internal space. We had the Annex property with 3 bedrooms…it’s not done to the same standard as the main Corte Nova property which are the main pictures advertised but was still nice. Air conditioning could be better - wasn’t very strong but did work. The contact and support provided by the guys at Corte Nova ahead of during the stay was excellent. All in all a good place to stay, easy to get to, quiet and safe location.

This property is pretty but a bit far away from the main areas and tourist attracts. Night time is very quiet with no one around. It is perfect if you want to be able to walk to the touristy areas in the day and return back to quiet at night. Rooms were large and clean, our room wasn’t modern like in the photos which I was expecting but had a kitchenette and a large bedroom. Staff was very lovely and very helpful!

Excellent. Except that we were not aware of the 3 steps between bedroom into the living area and bathroom. It would be best if it was disclosed on the booking website.

This is the best stay in Venice!!! The apartment is wonderful, clean, and spacious. It is in a quiet area off the tourist path with great restaurants nearby. The hosts were super communicative and check in/out could not have been smoother. Our only issue was that the internet was very slow for both of us - the hosts worked hard to try to resolve the issues but we couldn’t resolve it so this may be a consideration. Overall we ADORE this space and can’t wait to go back.

Peccato...
