The property is fantastic for a 500 yr old property. Of course it could use a few touch ups but it had everything we needed, an excellent breakfast, very helpful staff and great location to most of the key attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Warm and welcoming staff, a true boutique experience that we were looking for. The location is great, not far from a water bus stop and has a convenient platform within the hotel for private water taxes. Breakfast is great and the restaurant is very nice. Would stay there again.

An old fashioned hotel with spectacular staff. The room was a good size for the location and it was very central. There was an issue with the A/C that they tried to fix with no success during my two night stay. But they certainly tried! The room was quiet, the breakfast was good and again, I can’t say enough about the staff. The hotel was clean but there were stains on the wallpaper and curtains so I did not give a 5 star.

Perfect spot with a great view. This gem is in a quiet spot next to the canal with stunning views. The staff are incredible (shout out to William who went above and beyond to welcome us, highlight the charming hotel restaurant with breakfast included in our stay, provide us with wifi, a city map, and provided great communication and information during our stay) Our room was massive! Huge spacious area with sitting room, large bed, multiple dressers, desks and drawers and a good size bathroom. We had multiple windows looking out onto the canal. The breakfast buffet included was a humble spread that included a range of baked goods, yogurt, eggs, meat, cheese, fruit, and some juices. The service staff were attentive and offered a range of cafe drinks. We enjoyed their lattes! Venice itself is full of history, beautiful architecture, local food and shop's around every corner. This was a great location and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in going to Venice!
