“Astonishing place.”

“The staff (Laura, Elena, Svetlana and Serena) were fantastic and extremely helpful. The breakfast was magnificent. The parking (down a ramp) was convenient but do not even try to drive into the town’s narrow and twisty streets. Hotel should warn drivers to arrive at the parking lot off the highway (give clear directions) and not enter town. There are 2 good restaurants within 5 and 10 minutes by car but ask the staff to help you make reservations. A wonderful experience. The only complaint was……

“The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk). “Beautiful property, clean and nice rooms. Our hosts were very helpful and the food amazing! Breakfast containing fresh fruits, local products and freshly baked cakes was fantastic. Pool and relaxing area with a view of Monte Amiata. ”

“If you like elegant antique ambiance this is the place to stay. Incredible attention to detail from the rooms to the lobby, breakfast was fantastic and staff couldn’t be more helpful and polite. Definitely coming back !”

“Don't hesitate for a second, it's a wonderful place! We spent two weeks with our family (3) in this newly opened establishment. It's a magnificent 17th-century mansion, beautifully renovated and ideally located in To scan. The staff were delightful both in welcoming us and throughout our stay. We would particularly like to thank the owners for their friendliness. We will definitely return to this house in Tuscany is truly magnificent. Don't hesitate another second.”

“Good hotel. If you drive to there based on Google Map, you better follow the main road instead of a muddy road recommend by Google. The hotel is near the old town (so as ZTL!) and just a 5 minutes walk. Montalcino old town get a lot of places to taste wine. Don't miss it!”

“Roberto and Victoria have a lovely hotel, clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Roberto was very helpful with onsite parking and went out of he's way to be an excellent host. Highly recommend this place. ”

“Perfect location and wonderful staff!”

“飯店地處偏僻，仍是開車出訪托斯卡尼的第一選擇，飯店具有設計感，但清潔度不足，入住的房間有被使用過的痕跡，且淋浴間狹小，幾乎無法好好地洗澡，重點是服務人員態度並不友善，在托斯卡尼地區很少見!”

“This is such a wonderful hotel in the middle of the country to forget about everything and immerse into the real Tuscany. The food in the restaurant is excellent, their Manager Stefano is such a great guy and makes you feel as part of the family, his dog is adorable and all the staff is just incredible! We had the perfect summer vacation during the 4 days we spend in the property that we didn’t even went outside of it for a full day, just chilling in the pool and having a great time! Recommended……
