Fantastic home for the week!

We have had the best time staying here! Myself, husband and family. The communication and help prior to staying was excellent. The accommodation is excellent, well equipped and very clean, well laid out but above all beautiful. The views from the house are stunning, as is the local area. Everything we imagined Tuscany would be. So many nice touches that are not depicted in the photo’s. The pool / hottub area is fantastic. Beds comfortable. Showers great. Shutters on windows for a good nights sleep. Very quiet. Basically every convenience but still authentic and real. The local village is 5 min walk up hill, so pretty with amazing views, and felt very real and authentic. The area overall is great for getting around to Pisa, Florence, Siena, Chianti, Volterra, and many more in car. There’s also a train station under an hour which we used to get into Florence hassle free. Gina and Franco were really lovely and came very early each morning to make sure the pool and hot tub was ok. The pool and hot tub were both immaculate everyday. We were also left homemade treats which were absolutely delicious and very appreciated- thank you! The holiday was the absolute best!

Grandioser Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Ginas und Frankos Villa sehr genossen. Vor allem die Ruhe und abgelegenheit der Villa. Als wir ankamen war ein Proviantkorb in der Villa, Gina hat uns fast jeden Tag mit Köstlichkeiten versorgt. Sie ist sogar mit mir zum Arzt gefahren um zu übersetzen als erkrankt war.

Wir haben die Zeit in dem schönen Haus mit großen Pool sehr genossen und können uns den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Besonders hervorheben muss man noch einmal die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter: ein großer Begrüßungskorb und Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank (so dass ein Einkauf am ersten Tag nicht mehr nötig war), viele sehr leckere Überraschungen (Kuchen, Tiramisu, Focaccia, Tomaten) und eine tägliche Reinigung des Pools früh am Morgen. So wurden wir bisher noch in keinem Ferienhaus verwöhnt! Vielen Dank!

Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaften Blick!

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Villa in Montecastelli Pisano verbringen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Gastgeber Gina und Franco haben uns wärmstens empfangen und uns während unseres Aufenthalts mit kleineren selbstgemachten Leckereien überrascht. Die Villa war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen! Thank you soo much Gina and Franco... we had an amazing time at your villa.

wunderschönes tolles gepflegtes Haus

Ein wunderschönes Haus und top gepflegt. Ideal für 4 Personen (2 DZ) und 2 Badezimmer. Dazu ein weiterer Raum mit Waschmaschine, WC und Waschbecken. Alles vorhanden wie Bade- und Handtücher, Wäscheständer, Klammern, Spülmittel... Auch die Küche hervorragend ausgestattet mit riesigem Herd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und vielem mehr. Liebevoll versorgt von den sympathischen und super freundlichen Vermietern, die wirklich jeden Tag den Pool, den Whirlpool, den Grill und alles andere gereinigt und gepflegt haben, haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir wurden verwöhnt mit Kuchen, Omelette, Panna Cotta und anderen Leckereien. Zum Empfang stand sogar ein wunderbares Überlebensessenspaket bereit. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Lediglich die Lage hätte besser sein können. Bis zum nächsten Ort haben wir zum einkaufen 20 min. mit dem Auto gebraucht. Wer hier mehr chillen möchte und weniger Ausflüge plant, ist hier total richtig.

Très belle villa, très bien équipée avec des propriétaires très gentils, aux petits soins pour nous

La villa se trouve dans un endroit très calme, entourée d’arbres et de végétations. La villa est très belle, très propre et très bien équipée. En plus les propriétaires (Gina et Franco) nous ont accueillis avec un panier garni pour pouvoir manger en attendant d’aller faire les courses (pratique lorsque l’on arrive le samedi soir, et que les magasins sont fermés). Et pendant le séjour, les propriétaires nous ont fait plusieurs surprises (focaccia, gâteau, panna cotta). Les extérieurs sont jolis et fleuris. Le coin piscine et jacuzzi est vraiment sympa et au calme. Le village est très petit et typique. Le restaurant du village est agréable et les gens sont très serviables. On y retournera certainement.

Excellent!!

We stayed for a week at la capanne in montecastelli Pisano. It was our first time in Italy and it didn't disappoint. The villa was fabulous and the little town close by was lovely but what made it so special was our wonderful hosts Gina and Franco! They were so welcoming and friendly. They left an amazing welcome basket which included cooked omelettes for breakfast the next day! During the week we would often find little presents left for us...chocolate cakes, pizza! The little restaurant in the town was lovely and the young waitress was so friendly and helpful...we can't speak Italian! The villa is well located for day trips to Florence, Pisa etc but Siena is a must! We also discovered a secluded beach about an hour away... Callaviolona. The villa was beautiful...well equipped and very homely. The children ventured into the pool everyday!! The adults weren't brave enough...it was a bit cold. However the jacuzzi was well used...a very welcome chill out after a day of sight seeing. Thank you so much Gina and Franco...you are wonderful! We hope to return again to your wonderful home. X
