“Een heerlijk hotel waar we warm ontvangen werden. Een plek midden in een prachtige tuin waar een Hop-koppel zich de eerste dag liet zien. Het is er erg rustig. “Hotel Restaurant Sausa provides excellent value for money spent. The room was very clean with a refrigerator and a large bathroom with wall-in shower. It is not fancy, but it met our needs. There is a nice big pool and an on site restaurant, but we did not utilize either. This is a convenient base for day trips to Girona, Figueres, Besalu, and the Mediterranean coastal towns.”

“We booked the family room and it was very spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable. It was also nice and quiet. Close enough to shops, restaurants and bars. Girona generally feels like a lovely safe city. We just thought the room looked a bit tired and needs some attention and it suffered from a pet peeve of mine: nowhere to hang 4 wet towels and not enough hooks. Also the door stop in the bathroom needs a rethink, ouch! ”
