「The room was lovely, the helpful information and instructions were clear and easy to understand. (Might add some instructions for the coffee machine as I was being dim!) Lovely comfortable bed, great pillows, lots of room and very clean. Thank you for the recommended breakfast places we loved the Medina. 」

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「When I arrived I received a very warm welcome from the owner and all of the members of staff that I met. I had an excellent dinner on two nights at the hotel and once again the staff were excellent offering a very personal service. On one of the nights the restaurant was quite busy but it didn't affect the great service or the time it took to prepare my meal. It was the same at breakfast where the choices were excellent. 」
