“The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. ”

Unico appunto riguarda la moquette nelle stanze, in particolare in quelle pet family: nonostante l’attenzione e la cura nella pulizia, riteniamo che resti una soluzione meno igienica rispetto a un pavimento tradizionale. Per il resto, tutto è stato all’altezza: il cibo era molto buono e il servizio si è distinto per attenzione, cortesia e professionalità. Un’esperienza positiva che, con qualche piccolo……

“Great location, but hotel not maintained well. There was a sewerage smell coming up through drains in the bathroom. If you want extra towels they charge you. They have a pool but don’t provide towels for it. The front desk staff was a bit rude at times. Good you can park there though.”

“Love the room. It has a beautiful view and it's got everything we wanted. One thing is that because it's the ground floor, we can hear (and sometimes smell) the bathroom odor but very seldom and we would definitely stay again despite this.”

“Lovely hotel with large open air pool and surrounding area. Delicious food, helpful staff and good size room for two people. Slightly away from town but hotel offers a shuttle service for most trips into town. It is walkable but depends on the weather as the heat can make it tough going. Thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay.”

“Very disappointing experience. In my personal experience, the service did not match the price paid. On my last day, I raised my concerns calmly, but the management responded in a very unprofessional way, including disrespectful comments. The situation became very stressful. The swimming pool was often crowded with outside visitors, with not enough sunbeds for hotel guests. I was told sunbeds needed to be reserved in advance, but this was not clearly stated anywhere.
