Great place to stay for a golf trip

Condo was perfect, located on 9th hole, just a short walk to Doubletree hotel and clubhouse. Close to market and restaurants just the street.

Home away from home

Bill’s 2 bed 2 bath is just what you need for whatever trip you have planned. Check in is a breeze and the neighborhood is gorgeous and serene. His home is a bit dated, but it’s a classic. Would recommend!

Desert Princess condo

Perfect accommodations with 2 king suites and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well appointed and the patio is furnished with comfy chairs, a dining table and nice barbecue. An oasis in the desert.

Spacious and Great Location

Overall a great stay! We've stayed at many rental properties in Palm Springs. This condo was quite good. As you can see in the photos it's a bit dated, but comfortable and convenient. As always it's great having a kitchen and washer/dryer on vacation. There were lots of towels and supplies in the condo which was lovely. The bathrooms were spacious and the showers were great. The information booklet provided by the host was very thorough and thoughtful. A few shortcomings to note: 1. There are two king beds which is great, but the mattresses have very poor motion isolation so any little movement was felt throughout. This resulted in less than ideal sleeps. 2. The pots and pans, as well as the knives, are very very worn. Many of the supplies are. I had to buy knives in order to be able to cook properly (which I left there for the next guest). 3. The dryer is extremely loud. 4. The floors were very dirty so we had to wear slippers the entire time. There are many pools at Desert Princess but note that they are a bit run down and not cleaned regularly. There was a lot of debris in the pools. However the grounds are beautiful and well kept!

Great Place for a Winter Getaway!

Just returned from a 5 week stay at Bill's condo. Had a really comfortable stay at this clean and well-equipped condo which has a beautiful view of the mountains and the lush green golf course. Bill provides helpful written information before your stay and he is quick to respond to any questions and with the reservation arrangements. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay!

The place was exactly like the photos. The bedrooms were great with connecting bathrooms with large walk-in closet space. Both beds were large and extra comfy. We love the location of the unit, very easy to get to and the parking was close. Palm Springs is one of my favorite places and we were grateful and pleased for our stay. Thank you Bill!

Cathedral City Condo

Very comfortable condo in a nice location on the golf course. We had a crazy weather weekend with very high winds and a lot of sand, but the condo withstood it well!

Love the location

This neighborhood is fantastic. I always felt safe and love the amenities (especially the spa). This house was in a great location and had two masters. Perfect for us and our friends to share without thinking someone got a better room. Big closets, bathroom, and bedrooms. The kitchen was a little dated but was stocked with everything we needed. Bill, the owner, is so nice too. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.
