It was a terrific house and a fantastic back yard area. Very comfortable. Our host was fantastic and explained everything so our visit went smoothly. Would stay again.

Fun Family Getaway

Perfect home for a family getaway. We were looking forward to spending time in the pool and the backyard exceeded our expectations! Great pool, spa, and multiple seating areas set up with a balance of sun and shade. Modern and convenient check-in process with attention to detail was a really nice plus. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect vacation rental!

Stayed here for a recent family vacation and this house perfect in every way! Clean, well stocked, great amenities (such as TVs, kitchen outdoor and pool space) and booking/checkin/checkout were all excellent. It was really hot when we stayed and the AC worked well (not always the case with rentals!) and the pool was perfect, so we were very comfortable. Highly recommend this house and management company!

Perfect stay!

This is a beautiful property with outdoor living spaces that made it difficult to leave. The kitchen is stocked with everything a cook would need, the towels were oversized and the beds comfortable. The management company, Brad in particular, needs to be commended for their quick communication, personal touch, and flexibility. A wonderful rental and stay!

So Relaxing!

Great stay! Great communication! The home was as advertised - well stocked and that backyard is everything! It’s got a little windy a few evenings but we stayed on the windy side so expected it. Lots of nearby shopping.

Great little property

Centrally located and well appointed with everything you need. The backyard is small but really well laid out with great amenities. It is quite close to the airport but we didn't really notice it after the first day. Very responsive property manager.Only complaint was that the floor and furniture outside was flifthy. It didnt take long to clean but hopefully for the next guests it will be fixed.

Perfect getaway in Palm Springs

The house is beautiful comfortable and clean. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. We love drinking coffee in the morning on the backyard lounge chairs and floating in the pool during the day. Quick Uber to all the restaurants and activities. House is in a quiet neighborhood. Love all the amenities. We would definitely book this house again.

Backyard oasis

Our family had a great stay over the holidays. We especially enjoyed hanging out in the backyard in the pool and hot tub. The house was nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and linens were of good quality and clean. We appreciated the high end BBQ and were so happy to have use of the outdoor heater the one night we dined alfresco. The location was very convenient to the highway but a little bit of a drive to all the restaurants and shops downtown. The living room set up was perfect for playing card games and working on our puzzle at night. Would be happy to stay again and hope to be back soon.

Lovely desert getaway spot

I stayed here with some friends to celebrate new years. Slept 6 adults comfortably, and we made ample use of the hot tub and pool. Very mellow neighborhood overall, if a little “far” from downtown Palm Springs. Great view of the mountain from the living room window. Clean and comfortable, with a small yet well-appointed kitchen. Thoughtful plastic wear to use by the pool, and the lounge area in the back with the space heater was charming. Hosts were very responsive to check in process and requests. Overall, a delight!

The place was a bit smaller than it seemed in the pictures, but overall it had everything we needed, it was clean, and well maintained. The only issue was that the pool heater was not working properly, so we were unable to use the pool and hot tub for the first 2 days of our stay. A huge thank you to the property manager Gabe who was so friendly, caring, and spent a great deal of time trying to get the pool working for us. He was great and definitely saved our experience there. Overall, the space was great, the location was close to everything we needed and we enjoyed our time.

Paradise with a Pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, thoughtfully stocked and clean. The private backyard with pool, spa and covered bbq area is amazing. Lots of outdoor seating options - sun or shade take your pick. The pool temp was perfect (we paid the additional heating fee and it was well worth it). There were some pool accessories (bean bag floating mats and tubes) included. The property manager, Brad, met us on site to show us around and familiarize us with the property. He’s excellent at what he does - charming and personable with lots of great tips on dining options etc. He makes it clear he’s available to guests if they need anything during their stay. The location of the house is in one of the windier areas and we experienced wind for much of our stay. We would drive 10 mins and it wouldn’t be windy there. Close to downtown and very easy access to the airport. Overall a wonderful relaxing vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From checking in to checking out everything was smooth sailing! Working with Brad was a pleasure. He was very helpful and accommodating. He responded promptly whenever we needed to get a hold of him. Upon arriving and getting to know our home away from home it was easy to see this house was taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked with anything that you could have needed to cook or bake. The bedrooms were great with cozy beds and comfortable pillows. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked well with toiletries and towels. Onto the highlight of the home the backyard pool area. When coming to Palm Springs in 118° weather the pool and spa were a delight. One of the reasons we decided on this home was for the amount of shade that the backyard offered. It was a well taken care of area and we definitely used it a lot despite the warm temperatures. If you’re on the fence and you’re questioning if the pictures are what you’re going to get, don’t even give it a second thought, what you see in the beautiful pictures is what you get in person. Don’t hesitate to book this rental!

Soccer Tournament Trip

The property was great, everything worked and was as described in the listing. Professional management and high end amenities in every aspect of the home. The location of the house was OK, the actual property was fantastic, really liked everything about it including high end grill, heated pool, upgraded bathrooms and comfortable beds.
