Amazing Views and Location

The views from the back yard pool, patio, and balcony areas were spectacular. All the modern touches, from electric window coverings to dimmer and light switches, made the stay comfortable and special. The pool table was a gathering spot in the house, and the outdoor pool and patio were outdoor gathering spots. The onsite rental company was responsive and gracious. The location was close to downtown and El Paseo. Great time in the desert.

Amazing stay in Cathedral City

We had an incredible time staying at this nice vacation home in Cathedral City. The property was exactly as described— clean, and well-maintained. The home is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the private pool, stunning views,which added to our overall experience. The location is perfect, nestled in the Coachella Valley, offering easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, providing a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything we needed. The agency was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They provided us with clear instructions for check-in and check-out and were available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. Overall, this was one of the best vacation experiences we've had, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cathedral City.

Hot tub chaos

The home was beautiful with gorgeous views. There should be a note in the description that there are a lot of electronics to operate the home; drapes, curtains, hot tub, etc. Not a great spot for folks adverse to electronics. The hot tub does not remain warm but you have to warm 2 hours ahead of time it using an app. Complicated. Also during our stay the tub heating system failed and we had to have it serviced. Thankfully the management company waived our hot tub heating charge for our stay.

Very nice house! Interesting light switches!

Overall the house was very clean, welcoming, & roomy. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was wonderful! And the backyard is very nice. We had 2 challenges. The light switches were a little challenging even with the labels. Ceiling lights etc dim which is good but sometimes hard to simply turn off. Our 2nd challenge was the TVs. We were unable to watch any of the NFL playoffs as there was limited or no access to abc, nbc, or cbs. There are streaming apps which were nice. Overall it is a lovely home & good location!

Great Pool/Hot tub & Lovely View

PROS: House has a nice view to the golf course and the benefit of the sun in the afternoon/evenings. Pool controls easy to use and functioned well. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom which was really nice. Pool table was fun, TV, etc worked well. Management company was the best management we've ever had at a rental home, they immediately took care of some minor adjustments (new pool umbrella, bbq lighter & outlet that didn't work). CONS: Sounds in the house easily drift upstairs, lighting in kitchen & dining is stark brite white, it would be easy to change them to a warm shade & it would be much nicer for hanging out and relaxing over dinner, etc. House is not finished with high end materials but seemed fair for what we paid.

Great house for desert getaway

Great space when you need 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Fairly easy to get in and out of gated neighborhood. Everything you could need for cooking. Pool table a big plus. Nice back yard space to sit and enjoy the mountain view. Our only minor issues were softer mattresses and some cable issues when streaming a movie. We recommend staying here.
