The owners of the property live in an adjoining house on site and share access through the automatic gate, but do not use the swimming pool. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the heart of the Colline Saint Jacques. The first shopping facilities: Bakery, grocery store and supermarkets are approx. 2 km away.
