5 acre lot, walking trails, 8 people Jacuzzi, 4 bedrooms, bar, fire place, fire pit, deck, swing, unlimited wood to burn and much more. 5 min drive to closest town. 1 hour from Toronto. Close to Golf, Ganaraska forest, motorsport activity, horses, hiking, lakes and the outdoors.
Our property is located 5 min drive from Millbrook and 4 min from Bethany. We have 5 acres which you can walk and enjoy. There is no lake but a lot of trees with quiet neighbourhood.
The house is newly renovated and includes three floors: walkout basement, main floor and second level.
The walk out basement includes separated one room suite with a bar, kitchenette, shower and two futon beds. It is typically a bit colder and less occupied in the winter time so let us know up front to heat it up. It is linked to the heating system but assisted with baseboard heaters and a moveable space heater.
The main floor includes an open space kitchen, sitting corner, open sofa, fire place, wood stove, shower and washroom, laundry room and a queen bed bedroom. The sofa can open to a bed and can accommodate at least 4 kids.
The top floor includes sitting area, working space and 2 bedrooms: one king size bed and one queen size bed that share a washroom and shower.
The property has a 16 ft by 16ft fire pit area with seats, 24*7 hot tub with a big pergola with lights and sitting area that can be enjoyed all seasons.
The property is surrounded by hiking trails and very close to Ganaraska forest where you can enjoy horse back riding, motorsports, hiking and more.
The are few wedding venues in the area (10-20 min drive).
CT motorsport/ race track in 25 min away.
You can enjoy golfing (15 min)....
or just relax in the hot tub, enjoy board games, wake up to birds (and not traffic) and end the day with a nice fire pit activities.
There is parking space for at least 6 cars.
Do not forget we live in this house. This is not a property solely for profit. You may find some of our things that were left behind (we keep it to bare minimum) so pls be respectful.
This is a rustic cabin. We have a professional cleaning crew but with nature of nature there will be some spider webs, bugs and such. This is not a hotel room.
The garage is not to be entered except to put the garbage in. It has machinery, pieces of wood, sharp tools and is not a play zone. We do not want you injured.
There is a lockbox on the main door to allow you easy access when you arrive.
Your arrival time matters to us! We will heat the house before hand (if not heated when we are away) and make sure that the fire stove is full, working and heating the cabin (in addition to the furnace). We always prefer to meet you and answer questions you may have but if we missed you, feel free to reach out any time.
If you have any issue or concern please contact us and express your concern and we will deal with it the best we can. We know you pay fees and commissions and we do not want you to return home with bad taste for done thing that could have easily been resolved.
