"The price did NOT match the quality of the hotel. We changed rooms 3 times because of dirty sheets and old liquor bottles left in the room. The lobby floors were slick with water and filthy. I tried to call multiple times throughout the day of our check in to reserve a crib for our little one and could not get through to the front desk. They didn’t have any by the time we got there… When we arrived we learned there were no extra pillows and they weren’t receiving a shipment for 2 weeks. Also, the pool closed at 8 and that was the main reason we chose the hotel was so our children could enjoy swimming. The staff we spoke with were very nice, but not helpful for what we needed. I always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express if one is available, but this one is an absolute no-go for us again. $156 of dirt and disappointment."

"Breakfast was fulfilling and had variety. Staff recommended restaurant around the area that we went to his favorite restaurant. He printed out the names and addresses of the restaurant also. None of the other hotels my party stayed at with this vacation trip did that."

"This was a great choice for our family of 4 with a teen and tween. It was a very convenient location for visiting mammoth cave and a short drive from the restaurants and other family activities in Park City. The beautiful backyard provided hours of quality family time. The interior was clean and tidy and my kids especially loved the horse decor. Communication with the owner was timely and thorough. I would highly recommend this property when visiting Mammoth Cave!"
