"Really enjoyed our 2-night stay at the cabin. The location right on the river was perfect. Plenty of time was enjoyed just sitting on the porch while enjoying the views and sounds. Would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway in Van Buren, MO. Cabin was in great shape and was exactly as advertised. Hosts were great to work with."

"The place was large enough for four couples for a weekend float. Being right on the river was beautiful, and the guys fished early each morning. Unfortunately, the short walk to the river included brush and somewhat steep terrain, so the rest of us watched from the deck. Being so close to The Landing was excellent. There were units on both sides of us but not too close as to be loud or disturbing. The beds were clean and comfortable. The included keys in the kitchen drawer are for the two bedroom deck doors, not the main door. Included firewood was a nice touch. There were a number of small bees on the deck, but no one was stung. Just watch your soda cans!"

"The house was a cute little house. The pictures were a bit deceiving though (guessing it was angles that the pics were taken makes rooms look bigger). The house is definitely older style (uneven wooden floors). The front porch was taken over by vines. The only parking was a little space in the front on side of the road. When we arrived there were still towels in the dryer & sheets in the washer. So in order for us to do any laundry we had to finish those loads first. Otherwise had we not needed to do laundry those sheets would of been in the washer for many days & stink. Also the book said that we were welcome to use coffee or tea etc but the coffee & sugar containers were completely empty. We also didnt have any trash bags for the kitchen trash can so we ended up having to go buy coffee, sugar, & trash bags. Which is no big deal but those were supposed to be provided. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the house was good enough for our short stay."

"Great property close to town and the highway. Super easy to get in and great directions to the property. I’d never been able to stay local to visit the river and it was a game changer for me. Bonus was a washer/dryer in the unit. I was so tired from the river I forgot to run a load but the option was nice. Don’t hesitate to check this property out!"
