The property can accommodate up to ten people comfortably in five bedrooms with six bathrooms. Villa Claudia is located 1 km (3854 ft) from Montegonzi, Italy and only 35 km (22 mi) from Greve In Chianti in the tourist area "Chianti".

The owners live 50m from the accommodation and have a dog, however their property is totally fenced as well.
