“Everything was good until we asked for more linens. We were told that only one set of linens per room per day.”

“The staff on property from management to maintenance were wonderful. Beach and two private docks, also wonderful. View from Ocean view room( 2nd floor) was amazing. Views at very, very top was also pleasant (open area ) Room was clean and well sized traveling with child, but a full body mirror would have been nice to have in room and some art on walls maybe. Pool was beautiful and set back of property rather than upfront with foot/ cart traffic. Breakfast was delicious! Individual prices, felt……

“Lovely staff, nice clean rooms, air conditioning worked great. Only thing giving this a 4* is the bed/pillows. I personally did not find the bed very comfortable and I like a thicker pillow. Other than that the place was amazing. Great location. ”

“Check in as at the grocery store downstairs. Ac worked great. Quick 5-10min walk to basically everything in caye caulker. Luggage was carried up for us. Great place for the price. ”

“We had the most lovely, comfortable stay! The staff were amazing! Most helpful, kind, considerate group that I’ve ever encountered. Not intrusive at all, but meet every need, request, and anticipated need. The complimentary boat ride across the split multiple times a day was soo nice. Very clean. Restaurant was great as is the cafe directly across the street. Best fruit smoothies we’ve ever had. Very quiet and peaceful. Can’t wait to go back some day!”

“They picked us up from the ferry. The place was very clean. They changed the sheets and towels weekly. Very friendly. It would have been nice if they would have supplied drinking water. Would stay there again. Very affordable.”

“From the time we were picked up at the airport until the time they dropped us back off, everyone at the Alaia was top notch. Our room was amazing, the pools were really clean and not crowded, the food was good and service was really great. Honestly, I have nothing below great to say about any aspect of the resort. If you are scheduled excursions, make it easy and use the resort as there is minimal savings to search it somewhere else. Take advantage of the morning coffee and walk to a……
