「The cottage worked well for us, and Michael was very helpful - brought more spoons and water when needed etc. We liked the low key nature of Caye Caulker but having come from another Island where the children could play and swim freely, the pool at the cottage was too deep and coated in sharp concrete that caused grazes, and the only place to swim on the Island is the split where the music was so loud at the weekends- so I’d recommend for adults and backpackers but not really for children.」

「Overall, we were really happy with this place. It was clean, quiet, and the bed was really comfortable. Having the little store across the street was very convenient, and the property is just a short walk from the airport. It took us a little while to realize that the gate to the property slides open (i.e., you don’t need to open the locked door in the gate), but once we figured this out it was fine. Also, we had one of the towel bars fall out of the wall in the bathroom ( just not anchored...

「Moody blue cottage was the perfect fit for us. If we come back to caye caulker, this is where we want to stay. Every thing about this property was great. Be sure to arrange snorkeling trip with Francis and wish we had known that we could arrange fishing with him before booking through a local company. He is very knowledgeable about the island and marine life.」

「It’s a great property right on the beach, very walkable, super cold A/C, loved the staff. They were friendly and accommodating, even held our luggage after we checked out. Only downside were sugar ants in random places in our room, but didn’t stop us from having a good time. Would come back again! 」

「We loved our stay at the Dreaded Grape cabana. The photos don't do justice to the size of the property in a lovely courtyard with an honesty bar full of cold beers. It's steps away from a quiet beach and easy walking distance to the centre of Caye Caulker. Excellent air conditioning and the cabana was well equipped with coffee. The bed was very comfortable and we loved sitting out on the terrace for breakfast. Ben was a great host and gave us excellent tips to help us make the most of our stay....
