The smell from the seaweed was terrible. It almost made the stay unbearable and the ocean couldn't be accessed. The property really needs to do something to entertain guest since the property is so secluded.

Blu Zen was a beautiful place to stay! I absolutely loved my stay. The ambiance is peaceful and relaxing, the pools are great, and it's nice and quiet, especially in the evenings. The nightly turndown service was a lovely touch. I come every year, and Blu Zen never disappoints. I can't wait to return!🌴☀️

We stayed in the seafront condominium, which was lovely and had all the amenities we needed. The view was amazing, except for the sargassum, which made it hard to enjoy the beach. The smell was awful, but we still had a wonderful time because we were there for a beautiful wedding with lovely people. The resort staff were fantastic, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely suggest visiting when the sargassum season is over.

Take advantage of the cheap ferry rides to North Caye Caulker. Don’t sit at the resort the whole time. The true fun is less than 2 miles away.

From the moment we arrived, this resort exceeded every expectation. The manager greeted us at the dock with a warm smile and that hospitality never wavered for the entire trip. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a stunning ocean view that made waking up feel like a dream. The bed was incredibly comfortable, especially with our little one. The patio had a beautiful view and the top floor was even better. Honestly, it’s rare to find a resort where every detail feels this well thought out. We left already planning our next visit with some friends to take advantage of the space. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly luxurious getaway.

The resort was ok… this time around wasn’t as great. The staff in the morning at Lotus specifically a young woman… wasn’t very helpful. She made it like a chore to served. The staff at lotus at night was great. The mice on the resort is bad.
