Everything was perfect from beginning to the end! The staff was super friendly, the views are amazing and I’ll definitely be back. They offer a water taxi that to is you in between both islands and it’s included with your stay. Overall 10/10⭐️

Pros: - Staff: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Exceptional) - Room Conditions: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Exceptional for Jan. 2026) - Pool and Surrounding Area: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Exceptional) - On-Sea Bar: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Exceptional) Cons: - Beach Conditions: 🌊 - The sea beach was weedy and had dirty water, making it mostly unusable. - Dining and Shopping: - Restaurants and minor shopping require taking a ferry, which could be inconvenient. - Ferry Service: ★☆☆☆☆: availability isn't guaranteed, perhaps making private transportation necessary at an extra cost of $25 per person. Bathroom Feature: - The powered fading glass between the bathroom and bedroom is an unusual choice. The reasoning behind this design is unclear. Summary While the hotel's staff, room conditions, and amenities are exceptional, the ferry service and beach cleanliness need significant improvement. Overall, a good experience but with important concerns.

Brand new, clean and very comfortable. A special thanks to all the reception staff who were warmly welcoming, unfailingly cheerful and always helpful. Hotel is away from the 'action', but there is a free, fairly regular ferry to the centre across the Split. And a lovely roof terrace with bar and restaurant to watch the sunset from.

This hotel just opened in Dec of 2025. It is a very nice place to stay, very modern, good restaurants, great pools. Extremely comfortable! And if the price ($142 USD a night) stays the same as it gets popular it will stay great. If you are a young adult, you may not like it here, because this is on North Caye Caulker where there is no party scene, so it is a ferry ride everytime you want to go to the party on South Caye Caulker... But the ferry is free... Bonus!

New hotel (opened in November 2025), with currently pristine facilities. Rooms were clean, well appointed, and fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Not busy at all but I suspect that this will change once more people find out about it (it’s nicer in person than it looks online). Note that you either have to take a 10 minute taxi boat to Zenses and Blu Zen (resorts on the north island) from the main Caye Caulker town or can borrow hotel bikes to take the short trip ($1 or $2 to cross the water at the Split). I would definitely recommend this little gem of a retreat in the blue waters of Belize! Note: This is adjacent to Blu Zen, so parties could stay at both and still be in very close proximity.
