「Nice hotel with very nice view」

「Our stay at Hotel Zafi exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was wonderfully quiet and dark—making for an incredible night's sleep—and the air conditioning worked like a dream. The location couldn't be better, putting us within walking distance of everything we needed, and the staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. To top it all off, the daily breakfast was fantastic—far superior to what we usually expect from a hotel breakfast!」

「Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.」

Falta una estacion de agua y café en la recepcion, también el agua de la piscina estaba turbia y finalmente, los ban̈os de las habitaciones no tenian tohalla de mano. 「Nuestra estancia en este hotel en San Andrés fue excelente. Viajé con mi familia y desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, y el personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Disfrutamos mucho de las áreas comunes, la comida y el ambiente tranquilo que nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables. Lo que más destacamos es la calidad del servicio y la calidez humana de todo el equipo....
