「The place was clean. I appreciated the few bottles of water in the fridge.」

「What a spot — an amazing location literally on the lake! We enjoyed the views, the sunset on the boat dock, and the availability of the house’s kayak that we took advantage of for a spin on Cayuga Lake. 「Nice place and clean! A little expensive for what it was. I think there were renovations in other places of the barn - there was a bit of banging and noise during our stay, which was a little upsetting.」

「We had a great stay in Syracuse visiting family. The property was neat and clean and well appointed. Great coffee selection!!! Very comfortable for a long weekend get away in Tipp Hill. Enjoyed some local pubs and antique shops. Would stay again when in town.」

「This really was a cozy apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures. Jennifer was very receptive to our questions about places to visit. Check-in and out directions were very clear and easy to follow. We enjoyed out time in the Finger Lakes and being able to come "home" at night to this apartment made it very comfortable.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great place to come back to and unwind after visiting the wine trail event. The property was very well maintained and comfortable. I even slept well, and rarely do that when not in my own bed. A Great place to stay and had everything we needed. 」

「I couldn’t ask for a better stay, close to the lake and perfect view. I highly recommend!」
