“We had a wonderful stay at Carmel Cumbuco Resort and would highly recommend it. The resort itself is beautiful, with spacious and well-appointed rooms — the only minor suggestion we would make is to add a chair to the room, which would make it even more comfortable. The real highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Carol and Joaquim in the café and restaurant were warm, attentive and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. Special mention must go to……

“酒店临海，窗外景观较好；酒店面积较大，有游泳池和球场；大堂也较大，可以会见朋友；但酒店房间设施较差，类似国内的快件酒店配置；早餐一般就餐环境较差，每天都是一样的供给；酒店对面就是贫民区，散步基本只能在酒店区域内；海边的沙滩很小，不适合亲水游玩。”

“Staff was great! The entertainment people were amazing! The buffet needs alots of improvement, it was the same food everyday same stuff for breakfast same stuff for dinner. Also needs improvement with their card system I had alots of issues with the Water park entrance on both days.”

“Family of 6, from the U.S., staying 3 nights. The hotel is very dated and needs a makeover. The beds were hard but that seems to be common in Brazil. There seems to be a lack of amenities at hotels in Brazil. No washcloth, no tissues, no stationary. For what this room costs I expected more and in a little better condition. The area is very quiet, but I wouldn't recommend walking anywhere. The positives: The location on the beach is great. Breakfast was very good and so was dinner. Shuttle runs……
