Detached house. Ground floor: living room with lounge (fireplace), fitted kitchen, bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm), bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room.
Upstairs: bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm), bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm), bedroom (4 twin single beds), bathroom with shower and bathtub + second sink for children, separate toilet.
Aerothermal heating included. Adjoining covered area with ping-pong table, children's bikes, shuffleboard, darts, etc. Shaded terrace and private unfenced garden of approximately 800 m² on a property shared with another 4.5-hectare gîte with a 1300 m² pond. Boating and no-kill fishing are available. Massage service upon reservation. Farmyard animals and cattle. Hiking trails starting from the cottage. Charming, comfortable cottage ideally located, close to shops and in a very peaceful setting surrounded by the magnificent pear and apple trees of the Domfront region! Families will enjoy the various farmyard animals to care for and the hiking trails on site.

Sehr schönes Objekt. Mitten in der Natur umgeben von Kühen, Gänsen, Schafen und mehr. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Olivier ist ein exzellenter Gastgeber.
