It is full of beautiful acreage, woods, and BREATHTAKING unrestricted lake views! You will love the view from this well-appointed, upscale unit with King Bed, Queen Sleeper sofa and twin beds in open loft area with ship's ladder. Fully equipped kitchen, chunky trim, luxury bathroom and private covered deck looking straight at the lake and mountains. Play corn hole, life size chess, board games, take a dip in the pool or year around hot tub, play in the sand area or on the playground, make some delicious food on the grill, play volleyball, foosball, Connect4, go kayaking in the beautiful Weiss Lake, cozy up by the fire pit and make s'mores, swim in the cleanest water on Weiss Lake, watch AMAZING sunsets! SO much to do on property!

Also, so much to do off property in the area. Rent a boat or jet skis, hike, see the falls, do caving, rappelling or ziplines, all in close proximity. Close to Pirate's Bay (water park), DeSoto Falls, Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Orbitz Glassblowing, snow skiing, horseback riding, endless trails, rappelling, caving and ziplining. We are in the ABC triangle meaning we are an hour & a half from the Atlanta, Birmingham, & Chattanooga Airports. Of course we are a HUGE fishing lake so bring your boat or do a fishing excursion. Listed as two bedrooms because there are two sleeping areas but it is an open concept.

The views are incredible. Breathtaking views of the lake and lawns and you can even see how the sunset pours colors into the house at "golden hour". We also have LOTS of stars, it just gets better & better!

**The pool is open all year and in the mid spring to early fall we keep the temperature comfortable, heating when necessary. Subject to host discretion in regards to weather and/or temperatures. The pool can be heated outside of the early spring to mid fall window, however, there is an additional cost. Message us for more details!

**We do allow pets; however, there are requirements that must be met & a pet fee MUST be paid. Please discuss with us before booking.

**Lake levels decrease a few feet in late fall through early spring and may affect boat launch, dock usage, watersports etc.

** Hot tub is year-round but will not heat all the way up during frigid temperatures.

**Full disclosure common areas and exterior entrances are covered by security cameras.
