New Construction 1-Bedr Mother-In-Law Quarters with Private Entrance in Dallas
8/10 Good
"After booking I seen a lot of reviews talking about the location I am originally from Dallas so I was thinking that this was the worst of the worst upon arriving it was indeed not the best neighborhood but it wasn’t the worst so if your from Dallas you won’t feel as if your shaking in your boots if this is your first time in Dallas you may want to look around the only complaint that I had was I was under the impression that I was going to enter through the front door but the entrance was on the side this was not told before arrival and I was fairly upset because I heard people( place is split into three different sections) and I was trying to figure out did I get double booked it was definitely a figure it out yourself situation and if I would have never went to the side of the house I would have lost money besides that the place was very cozy and exactly what I needed the bed was a little small to share and cover was thin I suggest bringing your own. There also was not very much communication upon arrival you could tell that these text were pre-written and I personally was not a fan because I’m a plan ahead and sometimes that comes with questions. The last note that I have is that it is located right by a studio room so the last night there was music until like 3am and I could hear the people talking and laughing so if your trying to have a quiet getaway just keep it in mind. Overall I honestly wouldn’t mind booking again. "
