  • Welcome to Old Fenimore Mill Unit 10F! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable "home away from home" experience in Cedar Key. Step into a bright, inviting living space that immediately captivates with stunning marsh views. You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

    The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex. Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town.

    This unit is pet-friendly, with a pet fee of $50 per pet per visit and a maximum of two pets.

Property was pet friendly but quite pricey if you have multiple pets. For some reason the pool stayed green for our entire visit. The condo was very nice and clean and decorated very cool coastal style. Easy communication with the hosts.
