Anniversary trip

We enjoyed our stay, it's so nice to have a whole apartment instead of just a hotel room. This place is very roomy, which we enjoy. The porch upstairs had a lovely view we sat and drank coffee and enjoyed the fall mornings

A nice place to stay

“Apartment” was clean, cute, comfortable, and convenient. Looks as pictured and close to downtown. We were visiting our CU students and would stay here again.

Peaceful, Quiet Lodging

Second time staying at this lovely loft suite and definitely will be back! Quiet location and easy walk to Cedarville coffee shops, bike trail and college campus. Great home away from home.

A beautiful home, comfortable, and with all the amenities. We truly enjoyed our stay! I recommend a trip into Yellowsprings and a visit to Clifton Gorge State Nature Preserve. It's an amazing hike!

Holiday Visit with Family

This was our third stay and Grace always does a great job of providing super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodations for my wife and I. We had tons of family time over Thanksgiving and then had this wonderful place to retreat and catch our breath at the end of the day. We plan to stay again next year!

Very Pleasant

This worked out perfectly while moving our daughter and son-in-law to school. Lots of nice little touches that make it feel like home. A peaceful place to rest after busy days. We plan to stay again!

Wonderfully set apart from the road and activity. Enjoyed quiet on the private porch and cooking in the ample kitchen and comfortable open living/dining room. So glad to have found this gem.

Clean and great location

Good location, not far from campus. Being above a garage, you hear the vehicles when they start and run - which was pretty early in the morning when I was there. Clean and comfortable - great amenities. Beautiful patio overlooking a field. I’d recommend it!

Cozy!

If you're visiting Cedarville University, you can't beat this location! This cozy one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family's needs while visiting our daughter at school. It's proximity to the school is hard to beat. It was super clean, well appointed, and easy to check into and check out. The hostess was easy to contact and made staying here a breeze. Highly recommended!

Quiet, comfortable stay

It was clean, and easy to access. The parking spot was nicely marked & in the driveway. As we were visiting CU, we loved the proximity to campus. We appreciated that there was soap, shampoo, & conditioner in the shower, and multiple, comfortable pillow options. For a longer stay, I like that there is a living room with desk, a kitchen, and a dining table. Great spot!

Cozy, well furnished and decorated place did not disappoint. Host was excellent. Checkin easy. Clear communications. Quick to respond. Consistent with listing. Cutest Place in Perfect Location with everything you need!

We really enjoyed our stay at Graces place! We wish we had stayed there longer because it had everything we needed and was so welcoming and cozy and bed was so comfortable! It was less than 2 minutes from Cedarville University and set back in a very quiet location in a cute neighborhood! Grace thought of every detail and the snacks and treats were greatly appreciated. Also we loved the directions and labels that were left everywhere. We can’t say enough about this place! We hope our daughter goes to Cedarville so we can stay here again:) thanks for welcoming us to your adorable place!
