Introducing our stunning luxury ocean-view penthouse in Ceiba, Puerto Rico with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in gated community and an incredibly private large rooftop, offering breathtaking views the Ocean. Our hidden private complex is the perfect tranquil retreat, near beaches and a variety of restaurant options. Whether you're a family, couple, or solo adventurer, our penthouse is the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. We can't get enough of the magical sunrise views from our window-come see for yourself. It is close to ferry to visit Vieques & Culebra Island.

The space
The apartment has 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a private bathroom attached to the Master room. We offer additional pillows for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils to cook your meals. Moreover, you can use the washer and dryer at your convenience. We have thoughtfully provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you don't have to carry them along. We also have basic beach needs for your enjoyment. Let us make your stay comfortable and memorable. Entire private rooftop with a spectacular ocean view.

Guest access
In our accommodation, all guests have access to a wide range of amenities from the pool to the gym, basketball court, and playground for kids. Please, keep in mind that children must always be supervised because in the facilities we do not provide safeguards. Unfortunately, our tennis courts are currently unavailable for future renovation. However, we do offer various table games, so you won't miss out on the fun. Thank you for choosing our facility - we hope you have a wonderful stay!

We you're excited to explore all that our area has to offer. Just a quick heads up that we're located approximately 36.412 miles away from Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport, which is about a one-hour drive (depending on traffic).

If you're planning on renting a car, we highly recommend doing so in advance. This way, you'll avoid any potential delays or issues due to availability. Plus, last minutes reservations can be more expensive - especially on holidays and weekends.

Paradise!

There's not enough words to describe the absolute pleasure my family and I had at your home. Everything you described and shown in pictures doesn't even compare to the beauty when you are there in person. The community is small, quiet and peaceful. The drive to the local supermarket is an easy commute. The drive to Fajardo was a breeze. The ferry in Ceiba was even easier to get to Vieques. We look forward to coming back in the future and staying at your home again. I hope others enjoy your home the same way my family and I have. Its an absolute GEM!!!
