“My wife and I stayed here for a week to volunteer at the Samaritan’s Purse rebuilding mission in the Burnsville area. The Inn was very enjoyable and is a wonderful old building. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and had a great shower, which we enjoyed after a long day of working on homes for families who were affected by Hurricane Helene.”

“Close to Blue Ridge and places to eat.”

“Property is in a very beautiful area of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was good size with balcony looking out over mountains. Dinner was good. Portions are large.”

“Due to the nature of the retreat… there was no face-to-face contact w the staff but they responded promptly to text or call. Our cottage at Mitchell 2 had an excellent view of Mt Mitchell east side.”

“Xxx”

“Fabulous Hampton Inn located so well within walking distance of charming and booming Black Mountain with restaurants and shops and artisan galleries. Easy drive to Asheville as well and the room rate was 40% less than properties just minutes away. Quiet with great service and friendly staff at the check in desk as well as the breakfast area. It is worthy of the 10 out of 10 rating it has received...”

“除了早餐实在过于简单，连微波炉和烤面包机都没有，其他还行。”

“was disappointed that Expedia booked us in a 2nd floor room when I specifically asked for ground floor. front desk move us the next day.”

“Perfect for a short stay. Close to the Blue Ridge and lots of hikes”

“Planned a short getaway to hike Mount Mitchell and this place could not have been more perfectly located to the trailhead. The Lodge is newly built, and ground are impeccably well maintained. The staff was super helpful. They even came by to drop off a lighter so the firepit could be put to use. They have a common use area with a ktichen and grills that can be utilized which is an added bonus as I don’t recall reading about all they had available to make the stay above and beyond expectations.……

“Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back. ”

“sadly we did not enjoy our stay and we are old house lovers - the location was great being close to town and the WIFI was excellent but the room was not what we would have expected for the price - small with tub in the middle, toilet so close to the wall it was difficult to sit on, shower that went from frigid to burning hot off & on, no soap, 1/2 bottle of shampoo, the room was too hot and stuffy even with both windows open, bed was called queen but felt more like a double, bedding had cigaret”

“The property, room, bedding hardware and sheets needed to be completely cleaned up for harm free to people stay in it.”

“Recently remodeled motel is conveniently located in Black Mountain and is a great value. The room, bathroom, and linens were very clean. Staff was very friendly.”

“I stayed in the Milton room and it was beautiful. The Hotel has a very warm feeling with lots of comfortable seating downstairs to socialize. The owner sent me an email with self check-in instructions making it very easy to proceed directly to my room. She even called me leaving a message making sure I was aware of the email and asked if I had any questions. It made me feel right at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend them to any couple who wants a romantic getaway.”
