“The size of the room is pretty small, it looks different with the picture, the service are ok, the room is cleaned, but simple, nothing luxury,the receptionist girl is so so, the breakfast offer is good and hot, but some fly are flying around whenI was eating. If the car park is full you have to park your car outside of the street all night, after I knew this, I complained and they offer me to park another car parking (imagine if I just accepted to park on the street ), I ask the receptionist if……

“After an almost 24hr journey (door-to-door), this hotel was such a soothing, serene and beautiful place to start out Guatemala trip. Both Nerys and Clare were friendly, helpful and informative about various activities, places to eat, etc. The breakfast was prepared fresh on site by lovely and generous staff - a little too large for us but very tasty. “It's a really pretty patio and breakfast area. There's real coffee...hot, strong, and fresh. The breakfast that's included is good and there were several options of pillows on the bed. They also allowed a late check in and even stored my luggage for free for several days (I was on a motorcycle and they let me drop my luggage here several days early). Nice staff. ”

“Lovely hotel very close to the Parque Central, yet still very quiet at night. The rooms are on one level surrounding a lush central garden. Staff was very solicitous and the bed was comfortable. A continental breakfast of breads, fresh fruits, yogurt, cereals, and coffee is included, although eggs and other items can be purchased for a small fee. Highly recommended!”
