“Es un lugar con toda la extensión de la palabra, excelente su atención. Su servicio personalizado es muy destacado sus alimentos, excelentes, recomiendo ampliamente este hotel y su restaurant”

We were in room number nine and the only negative was that we couldn’t open our windows without people being able to very easily see in if they were walking up the stairs or walking to the next room. But when we could keep them open, the view of the volcano was gorgeous.”

“El hotel es muy bonito, lo malo es que por la noche se escucha mucho ruido de los coches y por lo tanto no duermes bien. Nos cobraron una copa que se me rompió pero fue cuando cerré las cortinas. La copa está junto a la cortina. En cuanto al desayuno hay mejores lugares para desayunar, el jugo de naranja que pedí era de bote. Y el desayuno estaba bien pero nada espectacular como cuando desayunamos afuera.”

“The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was professional and kind. It was easy to walk anywhere from this location. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the main street, so it could be a little noisy at certain times of the day in the downstairs living area, but not as much upstairs in the loft bedroom. I believe we stayed in room 1. As a side-note, despite liking the hotel, the vibe in our room was a little off for me. It was just one of……

“Room was hot, one tiny window opened on the wall of windows. If you have to take your clothes off, you have to draw the heavy curtain over the window which is suffocating. If you want the window open for air, anyone outside the room can see you in bed. They should either put in a heat pump or find some other way to cool or put fresh air in the room without affecting privacy. I ended up forfeiting my $ there and went to get a room in another hotel.
