“The size of the room is pretty small, it looks different with the picture, the service are ok, the room is cleaned, but simple, nothing luxury,the receptionist girl is so so, the breakfast offer is good and hot, but some fly are flying around whenI was eating. If the car park is full you have to park your car outside of the street all night, after I knew this, I complained and they offer me to park another car parking (imagine if I just accepted to park on the street ), I ask the receptionist if……

“Muy bonito el espacio, la habitación y el personal amable, fuimos a una boda, entonces muy bien ubicado y facil el checkin. El único aspecto a mejorar sería que el tragaluz (propio de las edificaciones de la Antigua) nos despertó muy temprano con claridad, aun cuándo tiene cortinas para evitar la luz en las ventanas, no sirven si el tragaluz te inunda de luz a las 6 am desde el techo. El agua caliente estaba muy tibia, casi fría, quizás no supimos usarla, pero tratamos mucho tiempo y no……

“A localização é boa, um pouco longe do centro (10 min andando), mas a vantagem é que não tem barulho de festas. A equipe do hotel émuito prestativa. O café da manhã é a la carte, bem servido, e você pode escolher tomar no terraço com vista para o vulcão. O quarto é bom, espaçoso, e um banheiro amplo.”

“Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.”
