「The room was nice and clean The staff very friendly and helpful 」

「Comfortable rooms, good amenities, great service. The only downside is the traffic noise that sometimes can be a bit overwhelming. 」

「The hotel is located far from the Main Street and we depends 100% on the staff. They are good but very slow. Pay with card it is a problem a electricity supposed to stop at 8 am and come back at noon or so... the room is clean and comfortable. No air conditioners. 」

「Amazing, relaxing property with the most incredible staff. Gorgeous setting close to the airport. Would of loved the room pool to be heated as it was chilly.」

「Large cockroach upon arrival. Listing included a bathtub. There was a tub that was in a separate room and locked. They said it was not included. No breakfast. We left the key at the desk when we went out . When we returned there was no one at the desk but the key was easy to see and reach.. 」

「La atención del personal es excelente y la finca está bonita, pero me parece una estafa lo que promocionan, en todos lados figura que es una finca cafetera y ofrecen tour de cafe y no es nada que ver, no tienen finca cafetera y mucho menos tour, solo tienen plátanos. Es un engaño y no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Me sentí estafada, no es fácil llegar a la finca y cuando llegas no hay opción de irte a otro lado, un desastre. 」
