「They only clean the room once every three days. We requested additional towels from room service since we like to shower every day, and they didn't arrive. Had a suboptimal breakfast experience. The frozen eggs didn't get heated all the way through. The waffle maker is always a plus. The front desk worker when we checked in and out was great, but it was unattended late at night when we needed help.」

「If you stay in an interior room of the hotel I rate it 4 stars BUT the external entrance room 111 on the ground floor was dirty, curtains dangling from rod, door lock loose, worn furniture and carpet filthy, sunlight and air coming through the door, smoking allowed outside the room and everyone who came there to smoke , you hot their second hand smoke through the AC and crack in door entrance.
