“Clean, large room, feel like living in my home”

“Property and location were great. Well worth staying. Having a dock right outside your door was fantastic and made it easy to get out on the water each morning and closing the boat up for the night (while drinking a cheeky beer) just as easy.The boat launch on site that is shared with the houses on Interlaken as well the surrounding Smith Point neighbors was a little tricky. There is a large rock restricting the entrance to the water and two large rocks in the water, which meant the trailer……

“We had a lovely stay! Kevin was an excellent host answering questions and helping us when we needed information. The place was perfectly clean and comfortable and exactly as the listing shows. We came for a family reunion and this was the perfect place for my little family to stay to have our own place. All amenities we needed right at our fingertips. We especially enjoyed the fancy beach chairs! I would highly recommend this location for a stay in Wolfeboro ”

“Needs a deep cleaning and the cookware needs to be replaced as they are extremely stained. There are also exposed wires in the cabinet above the stove. There’s a nail sticking out right below the sink that put holes in two of my 30 nursing shirts. ”

“We were never able to get into the property! Called, texted and emailed the host multiple times and she never responded. We drove 3 hours and were stranded with no place to stay. ”

“Dirty/stained rugs and carpets.Broken floor tiles.Water buildup around septic tank less than 10 feet from the property? All of the rest of the surrounding area was dry. Dirty windows and windowsills. Teflon frying pans were extremely damaged. Dirty/Stained comforter, looked like blood. Downstairs space is much smaller than it appears. The bed was very very comfortable. Lots of amenities, including a convection oven, air fryer, and a bidet. Has a neat feature where the upstairs window pulls out……

“We had a great stay here over Thanksgiving weekend. The host was very helpful and communication was excellent. All four bedrooms upstairs were comfortable, I loved the soaking tub in the master bath. The mattresses are all memory foam, and my son loved sleeping in the bunk bed. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was plenty of space. The views of the lake and mountains from upstairs are awesome on a clear day. The TV room is very comfortable with the large couches and the huge TV. My son……
