We had room 101 right on the beach…the best hotel and room we have stayed in on our 12 day trip. We loved the relaxed atmosphere of the lake and the room. Much needed.

Cute and cozy with access to backyard for furry friends. Those without pets stayed separated from dog rooms. The lobby is designated for people only. Dogs can roam the large backyard and if you want to walk to the beach there is a clear path to follow. Friendly staff and lots of books and games including happy hour.

Loved the location, proximity to downtown Meredith and restaurants. Went over to Weirs Beach snd took the narrated tour aboard the Mount Washington cruise. Loved the ambiance of the outdoor fire pit and the small beach access at the inn. There were kayaks available for rent as well. Grounds were well maintained and overall very quiet. All guests were respectful of each other. Room was comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was welcome and tasty! Late check out of 11 am was appreciated!

This was one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in. Very clean, great view of the lake, and the breakfast options were good. Staff was very kind and helpful with all of our questions. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay again.

Beautiful location on the north end of the lake

Wonderful location in Lake Winnipesaukee. Food and a few shops nearby right on the water. Definitely enjoyed it here.
