Gulf Gallery - 3/2 in The Village of Moultrie Creek
Beautiful 3BR/2BA in the brand new Village of Moultrie Creek. So much excitement building up around this area. You can dance the night away at one of the squares or be one with nature on the many walking/biking trails. Saluki Rec Center has everything you need for an afternoon of family fun in the pool or a game of shuffleboard. Right across the street is Shady Brook Rec that is strictly for adults 30+. There is literally everything you need for whatever suits your fancy at that time!
No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.

Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4x guests included; max 6x guests.)
Golf Cart: Be sure to make arrangements ahead of time to have a rental golf cart reserved for your arrival.
Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date
Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.
Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.
