“We arrived at the proprty and walked up to the porch to ring the doorbell. The property was overrun with dead plants and was very un kempt. The steps were hard to negotiate for my wife and I. There were pots of dead plants on every step. There was a cat tower next to the front door, and there was feces smeared on it right at eye level. On the one side of the porch was some kind of pet house with heat lamps in front of it, possibly for feral cats? On the other side of the porch were 3 chairs,……

“Our check in and check out guy was very friendly (not so much the others over the weekend.) The room itself was clean. The property was mostly well maintained. But the complaints I have are that the pool was not usable (green) and there was no sign on the door to the pool to say it was not in service. Also it would be nice if Coffee was available more than just a couple of hours in the morning. A strange thing was they would take the used hand towels and wash cloths but not the bath towels and……

“Property was being updated but was very clean and accommodating staff very nice and helpful Will stay again if ever needed to”

A quick Google search showed he was lying or misinformed. The next morning, at 9:15, he ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign to tell me something incoherent about wanting to shut down the motel by 10, even though checkout was at 11.
