「We had a group of students stay here while attending leadership and political workshops at the Capitol building. The location of the loft cannot be beat as it is a few blocks walking distance to the government buildings where we spent our time. 「I travel to Jeff City weekly for work and this little gem was within walking distance. The house is quite old, as are all in the neighborhood, but the interior is nice. Can't say much for the neighborhood. Very few maintain their yards and there are empty or broken alcohol bottles all over. However, it's quiet during the business week so no complaints there. I can't very well blame the owners for the neighborhood, just providing some details. They've been very responsive to all of my questions...

The location had us 5-7 minutes from everything we wanted to see, the back yard gave us a feel of being in the woods and the back porch allowed us to relax while listening to everything going on around us (it was peacefully quiet so there was nothing but nature sounds)! The owners were so nice and we even chatted with the neighbors. We are planning an adult trip soon and cannot wait to come back」

「Work trip in Jefferson City with five coworkers. The location was cozy and beds were comfortable. Lots of space to hang out. The kitchen was big had most everything we needed. The neighborhood with mature trees was fantastic. We were disappointed the pool table was not functional since the sticks were broken and pool table was extremely unlevel. Also the pool was great, but the lights weren’t working to use it in the evening when we were mostly there.」

The room exceeded expectations with a smart TV, kitchen area, and a wonderful shower (loved the Dove hygiene products, water pressure, and hot water). Very clean. 「This was an interesting experience. I booked a stay here or at least I thought I did for 6 nights. I received confirmation from Hotels.com and thought nothing else of it until I arrived and found out I had no room. In a panic I contacted Conestoga via Hotels.com. Nick from the property contacted me quickly and explained they never confirmed the reservation from Hotels.com but he worked with me to get a room for 3 nights.
