Perfect Place To Stay

The little cottage was great and very comfortable. The owner was super nice and accommodating. Loved all the bird feeders and the pond...it was a nice retreat and very close to Warrensburg.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a fantastic holiday weekend. Cottage was fantastic. Fishing was outstanding and the bird watching was so relaxing. The host do a great job! We will be back again so!

A wonderful stay

Everything about this place was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make great meals at home. The space its self lead to much relaxation and some time to unwind.

Birder’s delight

This little cottage is even nicer in person than it is online. Bring binoculars and your bird identification book. The wide array of birds that live here is amazing

The Most Relaxing Get Away

We came back, even if just for one night, we needed a getaway to this most relaxing location. Its peaceful, beautiful and so inviting. Next time we will stay much longer!! This Host goes above and beyond to make your stay incredible!!!

Amazing stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a beautiful cottage and the attention to detail was fantastic! The views, grass paths, sunsets, flowers, and pond were so calming and relaxing. The hosts really thought of everything and they were so accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Cute Little Cottage

The place was so so cute. My wife and I loved the the scenery and all the fun things to look at. They even had it all decorated for Christmas! I would definitely recommend any friends and family to stay here.

Country Living Getaway

This is one of the best VRBO's we have experienced. Cottage was so quaint and beautifully decorated. Very clean with everything you would need for your stay. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck enjoying nature. Hosts were very friendly and provided delicious goodies upon our arrival. Highly recommend this cottage as a place to stay,

Absolutely Breathtaking!!

This place was a hidden gem surrounded by nature’s beauty. The pond and the chorus of birds created such a serene atmosphere—perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. The accommodation was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. We loved waking up to the sounds of birds and enjoying the peaceful outdoors. Highly recommend for anyone looking to escape into nature and enjoy some tranquility. We can’t wait to return! Ileasha was a pleasure to communicate with! The pastries was a wonderful addition as well! Couldn’t have asked for any better host & cottage! Was so glad we were able to bring little fur baby Rigley! Absolutely Adorable!

We were in the area for a wedding at Powell Gardens and chose this place because of its proximity as well as because it was dog-friendly. The decor is absolutely adorable! We wish we had booked two nights so we could have enjoyed the place more. It has a very nice deck on the back as well as a front porch with swings. Highly recommend!

After reading amazing reviews I decided to choose this location. It was beautiful and everything we imagined. The property was so clean and well taken care of. Everything was stocked and ready to go. The owner was easily available if we had any questions or concerns. They even had cupcakes for us! I think it's worth noting that this is on property with other buildings so you are not completely alone but it feels like you are. alalone.alone.

Getaway

My wife and I rented this cottage for a quick one night get away, it was great. Open spaces, nice pond, mowed paths in the back and crossing creek beds. Firewood was provided as well as fresh muffins and coffee. The hosts were great and the property is dog friendly which was a big plus for us. 5/5 would reccommend.

Cuddly cottage

The cottage is better than described. The management were perfect and made sure we were comfortable and happy. Because We had cold and rainy weather we were offered to stay another night free of charge. Perfect getaway to get away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be coming back in the spring.

Cutest cottage ever! The pictures do NOT do this beautiful property justice and the owners were so accommodating! Lemon & pumpkin pound cake and all the fixings for s'mores waiting for us. Furnished impeccably and the bed was heavenly.... cannot say enough good things about our stay...will definitely be back!

Beautiful place to unwind and enjoy the birds

The owners have created a beautiful place to unwind. We particularly enjoyed the constant hummingbird activity on the front and back porches and feeding the fish in the pond. We highly recommend. If you enjoy antiquing there are many, many interesting places in the area and Powell Gardens is a short drive away. If you desperately need to be connected this is not the place - no wifi and limited cell phone coverage, but it is a great place to unwind and relax.

The perfect hidden gem

This cottage is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Our hosts do it right. The decor and furnishings are full of country cottage charm and they have thought of everything from the personal amenities to the home baked goodies. They even provide fish food to feed the fish in the pond that is located right out the front door. I can promise, we plan on coming back!

Amazing space, amazing place

The hosts were truly amazing. We never had any feeling like we were distrubing anyone and had the feeling like we were staying over at our close friend's home. If you've ever wondered what living in the countryside was like, this would be the perfect get away for your occasion. The wildlife was great to see, and the stars and sunsets were some of the best parts. If your on the fence take the leap and go. Your 15-20 min from a larger city in case you forgot something or needed something. Amazing place, would highly recommend, and definitely stay again.

Very relaxing, just what we needed!

We took a little weekend vacation to celebrate our first wedding anniversary- this cottage was just what we needed! It was nice to take some time away from our busy lives and we enjoyed spending it in nature, reading, birdwatching, feeding the fish in the pond, cooking meals in and playing games. Our hosts were wonderful, very easy to get ahold of and willing to help us out when needed. They even left us some delicious blueberry muffins for our stay! It seemed like everything was well thought out and we wanted for nothing while there. Great experience, 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique, relaxing and private environment. Also- the decor was amazing, the place felt like something straight out of a movie or book! I might have ordered some similar items for our own home… 😄 thanks for the great stay!

Why did I have to leave this wonderful place?!

It was a serendipity I found this place. The Little White Cottage was absolutely perfect. When you arrive , its like you are in a movie scene... opening the door, is unbelievable! So welcoming and put together just right! I had a few days alone before my husband was able to join. So, I got to hangout, sleep,walk, relax, and enjoy everything around the property that is so beautiful. The sounds are even phenomenal. If you need a break away this is your place. You can run into town for supplies and have all your meals right at the cottage. If you love wildlife at all, this is your place. I promise you won't want to leave.
