"We had 3 generations staying in the house and it was perfect for everyone. We docked the boat at the North end dock and it was just a short walk to the house. I would recommend renting a golf cart to go into town for shopping and dinner. The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked a number of meals at the house. The host provided a lot of detailed information about the house and the area. "

"The location is unbelievable with your own private beach. The kids loved body surfing on the days it was a little rough, and I snorkeled (and saw many types of fish) on the days it was calm. We walked down the beach to Nippers twice, which is a ton of fun (especially on Sundays). It was great having private suites for the grownups and a bunk room for the boys. "

"This home was perfect for two couples. It has another room or two if you have kids and is a great location to Treasure Cay amenities. We loved the tiki hut and the private back patio and pool setting. If you like to cook in it's the perfect spot to relax! We will be back!"

"My 1st visit to Kalopsia and it did not disappoint. Arrived by private Charter and pulled right up to the floating dock with our host waving her arms welcoming us...it was awesome! The host and team loaded our luggage al placed them in the Villa, met us in the Villa for a tour and great information i needed to hear. Villa was spotless with insane views, well appointed, brand new mind you, easy to get around the grounds, reverse Osmosis water"

"We stayed at this property in November 2025 and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The owners were prompt and helpful in answering my questions, and the property manager was equally responsive. The home itself is quite new and meticulously maintained, both inside and out. Everything has been designed with care and attention to detail — from the tasteful decor and well-stocked kitchen to the outdoor toys, kayaks, and thoughtful touches throughout. Nothing was overlooked, and the quality really stood out, even down to the linens. The bed was incredibly comfortable.Don’t be put off by the construction next door — it truly wasn’t a factor for us, and the workers were very quiet. We loved the sweeping 180-degree ocean views from the living room and kitchen/dining area, and cozy evenings watching movies on the big-screen TV. The Wi-Fi was excellent as well.My favorite moments were watching the sunrise each morning and taking quiet paddles in the bay right in front of the house and watching for turtles. Abaco is a little off the beaten path which only adds to its charm. It’s a truly memorable place, worth making the effort to get to, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return."
