Central Alberta Hotel with Pool

"Like staying here esp if having meetings at the Legislature close walking distance. The restaurants (2), meeting rooms, Starbucks around the corner makes this hotel"

"Hotel is under extensive renovation, no amenities (pool) and we were not notified of such until 3 days before the stay in a welcome letter. No elevators or trolly's available to use. Not ideal for a family of 5 renting multiple rooms with multiples suitcases for an extended stay."

"Night staff was very dry. Not mean, not nice but not welcoming either. Would a smile and good attitude be too much to ask?"

"Beautiful hotel with absolutely top-tier staff. Rooms are amazing, impeccably clean and modern. The only complaint that I have is I didn't know companies could make pillows that bad, they feel like a pillowcase filled with about six loose socks. Just a heads up! "

"Expedia charged us double the rate of the front desk. Warming to all, double check charges and assume Expedia will be much more costly."

"Overall it was good, breakfast was good, and the room was nice for the price, however there were some things in the room that were a little surpsing, this biggest ones were missing tiles in the bathroom, and no cover on the duvet (which was yellowing quite badly), and a few smaller things like thread-bare washcloths and most outlets not working. Other than that the staff is all incredibly kind and helpful, and the parking lot is convenient and easy to get into. They just need some updates and repairs."
