「Mekan mükemmel oda çok şıktı keyifli ve güzel bir mekan, temizlik konusundada çok başarılılılar fakat eksiği otelde hizmet sıkıntı birde pandemiyi bahane edip öğleden sonra kafe bölümünün kapalı olması çok kötüydü. Ama rahatlık konusunda ve konumundan dolayı birdaha eskişehire gidersem yine orda kalırım.」

「Ürgüpte kalınabilecek en güzel ve huzurlu yerlerden biri bence. Çalışanlar cok özverili, güleryüzlü ve kibar. Gezilip görülecek yerler ile ilgili bilgilendirilme yararlı oldu bizim için hatta harita bile verildi otele girişte. Cok memnun kaldık. Otel odaları oldukca temiz, otantik ve sıcacıktı. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Ailece yeniden tercih etmeyi düşündüğümiz ve yakınlarıma da tavsiye edeceğim bir deneyim oldu. Tesekkürler...」

「The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. He extended our check out time so we could get a nap after the balloon ride. And more. The room was quiet, and easy to sleep in. We recommend this hotel whole heartedly.」
