「Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.」

「The best choice when you visit Cappadocia, I check in on 12 June 2023 with my mom, quiet peaceful environment, lovely garden, and perfect Zeferan restaurant. And the reception guy Doğa is so friendly, considerate and 100% cute, I will absolutely live in Ajwa again when I visit Cappadocia. 」

「The room is quite big and clean, the process for check-in was fast, no need to wait for too long. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is quite good near to ANKAMALL, walking by only 5 minutes. 」

「The air condition is running badly, it always stops at night to make us sleep badly. The mosquito is everywhere in the room to attack my kids, we feel very uncomfortable to stay in the room. The room light is not working well, and the most terrible thing is that the Parking Lot at Basement is arranged very bad without proper guidance. 」
