“Easy walking distance to cool restaurants and coffee in Hyde park. We walked to UT graduation. Not a short walk, about 30 minutes but if you like walking and hate looking for parking it works!”

“Property was in a great location for moving our daughter into her freshman dorm and support her during UT’s Sorority Rush week. The condo sits right at the top of all of the sorority houses so it was a perfect location to meet her at the house that she received her bid at with only a few minutes walk to meet her. We were actually there a good 15 minutes before she arrived. There was a walk-in closet in one bedroom and 2 good size closets in the second bedroom. One of the bathrooms was a Jack……

“Comfortable, clean apartment close to UT.”

“The Lemon Tree apartments are dated. The interior matched the photos on the website, but was not as clean as I would have liked. If you are looking for a quite room this is not it. The air conditioning system was noisy and you could hear people in other apartments moving about and you could hear their TV's.”

“Excellent stay! Super cute unit and comfy bed provided me with some needed rest and relaxation. Very quiet space. Great location. It’s not bright and shiny nee complex but that didn’t matter at all. The unit had all of the amenities, utensils, spices that I needed for a great 6 night stay. I even added an extra night. I’ll come back. ”
