「The pictures are 10000% better than in person. Showers were designed for little people, apartment decorated with the classic “paint-over-everything” feel, mirror so small gotta bend at the back to get in it. The toilet is designed for toddlers, so good luck doing #1 & #2 at the same time. Walls and windows are paper thin, you will hear your apartment neighbors convos if they talk anywhere above an inside voice. Shower valve is broken half the time, first night was greeted by a roach walking up...

「Was originally sent to an incorrect property. We had to be very persistent for host to understand our dilemma about being at incorrect location. Property was in need of repairs which we noted at time of departure what needed repairs. Some workmanship repairs were done prior to arrival but very sloppy. Mainly bathroom. We were told we had to check in daily about parking. We had booked for simultaneous. This was totally unnecessary for us to deal with this every day as we were on vacation. 」

「Pros: Good location, quiet environment, comfortable beds, clean washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen Cons: Small bathroom for family to share with minimal counter space, smells like dog/animals upon entering and stayed on our clothes afterwards, visited in April & pools were not clean at all, pictures of the grounds/complex definitely "play up" the area as it is not nearly as well maintained as pictured. The biggest issue: The management company is terrible. In short, the power went out one...

「Elevator was broken and unit was 4 levels of stairs from parking garage. Unable to access unit and manager refuses to refund even though he was away of issue and did nothing to remedy issue. Had to locate another place to stay in the middle of the night.」
