“Good location to downtown not too far from university and Uber comes right to front door for pickup.”

“The checkin process is complicated if staying for a short time (I stayed 1 night). Lots of temporary parking, scanning codes, going to up to into to get the scan cards, parking is next store but pretty full). If I was staying longer it would be fine but a lot of moving around for a short stay. The unit has seen better days and is in need of a refresh. Communication and instructions were good and the people in the residential units were nice). Location is great.”

“Great Stay. Close to many things.”

“I recommend this for your next stay”

“It was a great stay for a couple days of training at UT. Please put the apartment number in the check in instructions ”

“Great location and value! Will not be disappointed.”

“Perfect location for events at the Moody Center. The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the venue, which allowed us to completely skip the post-show rideshare surge and expensive UT campus parking.”

“Excellent location in Hyde Park. Close to many wonderful places.”

“No hangers/closet! Bed way brutally soft - killed my back. Noisey due to the highway. TV channels were difficult to figure out and they had no live sports channels.”

“Clean and good amenities.”

“Beautiful studio in a great location for the things we like to do around Clarksville. Nice private area to park in the back. Our only real issue was the upstairs person who must be a night owl as they walk around in the middle of the night. That is not really the owners issue though.”

“Did not make it to the inside because the parking was terrible with trash and graffiti everywhere.. would not ever consider this one property again. And when I contacted them… could care less and refused refund…”

“We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was perfect—close to all the fun and attractions in town, making it easy to explore without spending much time driving. We really enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! You absolutely cannot beat the location. So close to everything! It is quiet, and we really appreciated having the beautiful patio and the covered parking. I definitely recommend staying here.”

“Property very clean and very tidy. Had a lot of ammenities if someone wants to cook. Coffee it the morning was very helpful. Very clean bathroom as well.”

“We had a great time at this location. In a good area, located close to the university and Sixth street. The host was great, plenty of amenities and very clean.”

“It is very cutely decorated. It isn't the height of luxury but it gets the job done.”
