“Hotel have a lift we are no need to carry a heavy luggage to climb up the stairs! I can book two more days after stayed in hotel and be arranged at the same room even I through hotels.com to booked ! Staff are bravo whoever front desk or housekeeping, seemed I am at home! You have to try this hotel when you stay in Offenburg !”

“服务不错，交通便利，离4号电车站很近，到市中心只需十分钟。中午的商务套餐性价比高、份量足、含饭后coffee 但不含酒水饮料，也不强制给力小费。晚餐菜式选择不多。洗手间设施总体不错但沐浴质量一般。楼下bar 一直有小甜品卖。”

“The hotel is renovated, large and very clean and neat. The staffs are friendly and energetic. There is an elevator in the hotel, and it is very helpful for me. It offers many kinds of food for breakfast and it is delicious. The location is near to most of sites and Christmas markets, only 10-15 minutes walk from the DB train station. I would like to make a suggestion that is to change the kettle, because it usually smells strange when the water is boiled, maybe it can't endure the heat anymore.……

“服務人員很熱情，房間大小可以打開我的兩個大型李(32+26吋)，早餐很好吃，餐廳的服務棒!我要求帶一杯咖啡回房間，服務生給我一格托盤上面有一整壺咖啡, 一壺牛奶,一個糖罐,兩套杯子~非常棒! 可惜距離最近的超市及速食店都超過一公里, 地點有點偏!”
