“O hotel é muito bem localizado, da para fazer tudo a pé....o metrô tombalada fica 2 quarteirões, shopping e muitos restaurantes na região, além de lojas de conveniência, farmácia e casas de câmbio. O hotel é estilo apart, mas serve café da manhã, inclui boas opções! O quarto é amplo, segregado da sala/cozinha e banheiro, muito bem limpo. “The swimming pool was a disappointment to me. It is located at ground level next to the entrance. It opens into the bar area. Maybe ideal for pool parties and such like but not for a business traveller like me. Having said that I saw no-one using it when I was there. Gym was ok on level 2 - not same level as pool and not connected. But the hotel itself is modern, clean and very good”

“Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”

“Very good stay. It’s a nice small apartment, overall pretty clean no real complaints. Nice people running the operation too, let me store my bags until my flight later that night. Balcony was a nice place to hang out along with the rooftop pool and lounge area. Great deal for the price. Only 15 minute subway ride to downtown. ”
