「The house needs a lot of work, peeling paint , cracks in woodwork, mold at bottom of living room window, and light bulbs out everywhere. There is a very strong mildew odor. Host has 2 dehumidifiers running constantly which indicates a lot of moisture. It is a charming house that needs a major makeover.」
