“Across from Portland’s flatiron building in the arts district, the condo is centrally located. Also close to Monument Square, it’s an area frequented by people needing extra supports for addiction, homelessness, mental health. The secondary entrance was often blocked by a person ranting or sleeping. Disturbed yelling is common into the late night/early morning. “Good Value for the area, house could use some updating. Overall a clean house, no issues while we were there. ”

On the upside, with three bedrooms upstairs, a large and comfortably furnished living room, full kitchen, laundry and 2 ½ baths, the unit provided more than enough space and plenty of comfort.
