「The room was clean and comfortable even if the furniture was dated. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby area. The inn is located in a quiet area on the Wilson lake. It would be lovely in the summer to take advantage of the lake. In the winter it is still beautiful to walk out on the lake. There were fishing huts in the distance and people were riding snowmobiles on the lake. The inn is close to downtown Wilton. Recommend reservations for...

「Children are “allowed” but I would NOT recommend staying here with them. The pool is “for the spa”, the staff were aggressive and rude and I will never return here. Absolutely awful experience here with my children. 」

「Staff was very nice. The room appeared clean but the floors were not swept or washed. It looked like they only swept the open area leaving along the walls and between the furniture extremely dirty. 」

「This place at first look is super nice. If you stayed just for a night two you would probably not be phased. We stayed here for 3 weeks while we had water damage remediation at our house. We had a deluxe room with a king size bed and a separate living area with a sofa bed. There were 4 of us, myself, husband and two kids. So my first complaint is that the coffee table you need to move to pull out the sofa bed literally weighs 200 lbs. They can call it a room that sleeps 4 but it was really not...

「The room was clean and spacious. We had plenty of towels. Breakfast was yummy. There were many grade school aged children staying at the hotel for swim meets and hockey games. Unfortunately, several of those children were very noisy running and shouting in the hallways. The hotel management addressed this issue very quickly after it they were notified.」
